Refund & Replacement Policy – Himdim Wear
At Himdim Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our replacement and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 2-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 2-day replacement policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a replacement.
After 48 hours of delivery, replacement requests will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Tags must be intact
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID / invoice)
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Replacement

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours with proper images and unboxing video (if available). We will evaluate and arrange replacement if approved.
5. Non-Replaceable Items
We do NOT accept replacement for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Used or washed items
- Products without tags
- Products returned after 48 hours
6. Replacement Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about approval or rejection.
- If approved, replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days to your original delivery address.
- If 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received your replacement, contact us immediately.
7. Refunds
Currently, we offer replacement only, not refunds.
Refunds may only be issued in the following rare cases:
- Item is out of stock for replacement
- Replacement not possible due to quality issue
If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
8. European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided:
- Item is unused
- Tags are intact
- Original packaging is maintained
- Proof of purchase is provided
9. Important Notes
- Replacement is allowed only once per order.
- Courier charges for return may be deducted in certain cases.
- We reserve the right to refuse replacement if policy conditions are not met.
